I walked into buy a new pre-owned Honda Civic, and I drove away in my hail damaged Honda Civuc two hours later. They didn't even try to work with me on the car payment. I've owned a Honda Accord and a Honda Civic before - brought from other Honda locations -so it should have been an easy sell!
We had two cars totaled in the storms in Odessa last week. We walked into Honda of Midland and met Arnie. He was friendly, asked what we were looking for, our price range and showed us what he had...no pressure. We found two cars we loved and he and his manager worked to fit these into our budget. Arnie was very knowledgeable about each car we looked at and was very eager to help us get what we wanted. We stopped at several other lots and didn't get near the treatment we received at Honda. I hate going to car dealerships, but this was a great experience! Cesar went the extra mile or three to make sure that I got the car that I wanted and at a price that I could be happy with. Everyone there was so friendly! There were smiles, real smiles, all over the place. I would recommend Classic Honda of Midland without hesitation! Ask for Cesar!

I went in to see about a new car and from the beginning to the end the whole staff was amazing. Their hospitality was amazing... everyone goes up to the customers to make sure they are ok if they need anything to drink etc...i didn't even have to go in to shop around they had the right car for me..as far as my Sales Consultant Mr. Cesar Gaudin what can I say He went over and beyond to help me...he is awesome...Mr. Gaudin is a very good asset to Classic Honda. This place is AMAZING customer was exactly how it should have been, and Roger tried to help me as much as possible. I did say that my payments might be $800 on a new vehicle (which it did) but they tried to run my info anyway. If they have what I'm looking for next time, they have my attention.
