The salesman Cesar was great. I went back to cancel my warranty’s a few days later. It took 2 weeks for them to get it done. All it was was filling out a piece of paper. Forget about calling the finance department, I left countless messages on different peoples phones. Not one ever called back. I had to show up to get them to do anything. Then they act pissed off because you cancelled the warranty’s . It’s been 2 months. All I wanted was to go with my credit union instead of the company they found for financing. Had a great experience with Classic Honda! Arnold & Cesar were very knowledgeable and showed us all the features in the car we were interested in. Not the typical sales person trying to sell, they also helped us get the best financing options. I would definitely recommend Classic Honda Of Midland. Super happy with our Honda Odyssey.
Arnold and the Classic Honda crew were all amazing! We (my mother and myself) walked in after making an appointment to test drive a couple vehicles. The people at Honda are genuinely amazing. I have purchased many a vehicle and most dealerships, sadly, have caused the public to view them in a negative manner. I️ wasn’t entirely sure I️ was even going to buy something, normally car salesman are pushy and make me very uncomfortable �, no offense. I got Marah, she was so sweet and even though another lot had a car with lower mileage, i bought here because i preferred staying with someone who made me with comfortable and didn’t push me. Very glad we purchased and i feel like we got a good deal for our money. Thanks for a good experience.
