My second attempt at an oil change appointment went great! They have updated the check in area, changed around the waiting area so one doesn't have to sit in front of the t.v., etc. They changed my oil and washed my car in an hour. I am very pleased and am updating my rating to very good. Thanks for working with me on my problem.
