sexist car shop I took my car in to Ellis & Salazar to get a scratch on my bumper fixed, but left without them fixing my car because I was so bothered by what happened while I was there. First, I heard 2 employees making derogatory comments about females. Then, the person in front of me in line was picking up their car and the repairs went dramatically over the estimate that he was given. You can count on Colorado Auto Body! Great Customer Service and Professionalism.. Car was done when promised. Works with you on insurance deductibles. I was kept informed of the status of the repair.
good and cost reasonable I had to get to the airport while leaving my car with them for the week and they readily took me and left the car for me to pick up when home after they finished...they would've picked me up except I got home after they closed. Great service. Only thing was I asked them to replace a rear blinker bulb and they forgot. Minor in the grand scheme of things, I guess.
Outstanding experience! They take the time to really provide me with excellent service. They even took care of a window issue that wasn't even related to my accident! I am taking all of my cars theses guys!

I would like to say I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the processes work before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of.
