Breezy Repair I brought my late model Mercedes to the dealer for repair of minor front end damage. The estimate of $1657 I thought was too expensive. After googling body shops for my area, I ended up at Classic Collision. The very feel about this place is informal and easy-going. Not only was their estimate $590 cheaper, their service was personal, work professional and the finished product was outstanding. It was just a breeze -- like taking my car for a haircut! These guys are awesome.
Completely Satisfied These guys are GREAT! I have used them 4 times now and would come from out of state. The repairs and the paint are flawless. They fix a car so it is absolutely like brand new. I had a couple small things (door gasket came loose). They bent over backwards to make it was fixed and that i was happy with it. They worked directly with Geico and state farm so there was never any insurance hassles of any kind. My car just was fixed and i was completely satisfied with the work and the way i was treated.
High Prices THis place had been recommended to us so we went to check it out. We decided not to have body work done here after the prices they quoted was nearly double other competitors quoted.

Quality Unfortunately sometimes you need the services of an auto body shop. Pride Auto Body makes this most uncomfortable experience pleasant. They provide quality work and competitive prices.
great service When my car was hit, I took it to Pride to have them fix the door and front fender. They had it done on time, the door was perfect! I love how they were honest and timely.
Yeah... Aren't they supposed to FIX damage? I released my car from the towing yard to Ellis and Salazar on the First of October. It is the 25th now (this work was not supposed to take nearly a month) and they called me today to let me know my car was "ready".. Their standard of work is drastically BELOW average. well never go there again I took my car there over two and half months ago and still have yet to get my car back. I was told the repairs were going to range around $6,000.00 give or take a couple hundreds without claiming on my insurance. I was told that my car would be ready by no later than Oct.12 well that date came and left and no car. I was told that they had been sent a wrong part and that it would be ready today the 15Th. We recommend them Nobody ever likes the ideas of needing a body shop however in Austin it's almost inevitable. We had a great experience here recently and recommend them.
