A professional shop, excellent communication, and a beautiful repair job.
Front desk staff not very appeasing with answering our questions about repairs when we visited Classic Collision on Friday, July 10th. Immediately the lady told us we needed an estimate completed before anyone would even look at the damage. No dialog with a trained repair tech nothing. We couldn’t even inquire about pricing before staff stated “we would need to do an estimate before sharing any additional information” and an appointment to get an estimate on the next week would be put on the calendar.
