These folks know their parts. Great prices and great selections. Check their prices and you will be amazed. They can even get hard to find parts the same day.
EVERY TIME I CALL FOR A PART THEY SAID THAT THE HAVE IT AND WHEN I GET THERE I HAVE TO MAKE A HOUR LINE WAIT AND AT THE END THEY TELL ME THAT THEY LOOK IT UP WRONG AND THE PRICE CHANGE . PLUS THEY HAVE TO ORDER. AND AT THE END IT THE WRONG PARTS AFTER ALL. ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE THEY EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HAVE BAD ATTITUDE .
poor service and inferior product
I've been a customer of clarks for the past 3 years, I highly recommend them to friends and family to shop for there automotive parts needs but myself and those I refer comment on there horrible customer service, describing most of the employee's very hostile and not friendly at all, I would rate this business a 5 star but due to un-professionalism of the business I rate it a 3 out of 5
ive been going to clarks for just over 6 years and have always found what i needed. all the guys on the counter are very helpful and nice. THANKS!!
