For $50 a plate, it was extremely disappointing the staff refused to light the fire for us outside and as a result we all were freezing. There was wood, there was a lighter, but everyone said they “weren’t allowed” to light it and they were also out of all propane for their heaters. While the food was good, and the staff were otherwise nice, I wouldn’t recommend going when we got no explanation for why we couldn’t light a fire to keep warm. One of the best restaurants in the DMV. Chef Krinn is amazing and always visits our table to say hello. The staff is pleasant, efficient, well informed and eager-to-please. The menu is always fresh and changing and the food is well prepared.
