I thought it was a little bit bigger of an area then expected cause we were there for a physic reading with Matt Fraser and as much as he claims to keep them "small and personal,"it was far from that!!
I was on a business trip and stayed for three weeks. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was really good. Nice indoor pool too.
Worst place I ever went to.poor customer service on Thanksgiving night no less.Unhelpful, disrespectful staff.Had to drive home 4 hours to NY as a result.Never go here! Girl tonight night was nasty.Her name is Decca. Going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
The staff was great to us with spending Xmas away from home!!
Best Customer Service and Breakfast ever. We love this hotel. We only lodge here when we are in Providence RI.
