My son is 1 he was crying in an unfamiliar place and staff threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t make him stop crying . Manager was called spoke to me briefly and then left before rectifying the problem or even speaking to me . This place is not accommodating for children at all . If they threaten a 1 year old with the police for crying and being black imagine what they will do to you . And yes I brought his own bed . So this place is a no go for me . RecommendedI stayed at this hotel from Jan. 29 to Feb 1,2020. I was greeted by the front desk clerk name Lynn. She was very nice and had a the most welcoming smile. During my stay she always had fresh baked cookies for the guests everyday. She made me and my sister feel at home. I would see her at night walking the halls making sure things were ok and checking and locking doors for everyone safety. I have never been treated so nicely at a hotel before. RecommendedI CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH how much I am impressed with this place. Seriously if you are in this area you will be surprisingly pleased.
RecommendedWe stayed one evening at the Clarion and its a good place to lay your head down for the evening. They have an attached sports bar, so dinner is easy and breakfast goes with your stay. We were sent to a room that was being cleaned, but after getting that fixed, it was smooth sailing. I'd stay here again!
