I got my tundra at claremont in 2009. Traded in my corolla. All the pepple there were really nice. Paid off my tundra! Yaaasy. Still being loyal, go there for all services. I recently went in for basic service and oil change, & to my surprise, suddenly ALL this stuff was wrong with my beloved tundra. 1) why hadnt ANY of this been noticed before? 2) they wanted $2500 to fix it. Terrible experience. The service advisor is dishonest, and incompetent. I don't think expect to ever be back. I hope the scam was worth it.
If I can post with no stars I would have!!! Marissa never kept me in the loop of anything but I saw her walking around 3 times looking for her costumers but I got put to the side and waited to get paged over the intercom for them to tell me I been paged and beeped the pager never went off then I had to ask why my light was turned on for them to not know and ask Marisa that was Mia looking for a costumer wow!!! My experience ended up being great. Had gone to John Elway Toyota first, but they blew me off with a warranty repair. Claremont Toyota took my concern and reacted immediately! Will always bring my Tundra here in the future. Also, great customer service with Jeremy.
