The service department is terrible. I made on online appointment for this morning. Their system failed to record it. I showed up and they refused to service my car. Kept calling me a walk in. I asked to speak with the boss, but he just told his underlings no walk ins today. What a coward. I've been a customer for the last six or seven years. No more. Time to find a new dealership to service my car. My last bill with them was over $900.

OH BAD SERVICE AND SCAM more like it!!! Bought the car and the salesman told us we will get free oil change and maintenance for life. Came in and they said we would have to pay for maintenance fee every time after 25k miles. Why didn't the salesman inform us of this when we bought the car? They gave us the impression that it was free. Such scams!!! OH BABY DON'T buy from here!!!
Bad customer service, I was waiting for close to 35 minutes to get 2 free Angel tickets by showing a like on there facebook page. No one i asked knew anything about it and finally one guy said they ran out an hour ago. My friend got 2 of the last 4 tickets. They lost my business. I will go to Crown Toyota for parts.
