The worst deparmet is service bad attentions and some adviser they don't have any experiences
Came in 930am appt for service. Feedback from another service advisor because the person who I talked to was on lunch; at 230pm. To tell me that I need new brakes front and rear. and cost $500. So another 2 hours? those who came 12pm already went home with their car. Should I come back for another service? NO WAY!!! Don't you guys think for $500 the service would be excellent? Not at this place. Still waiting for my car...
Excellent place to buy a car...highly recommend it. Our salesman Al Sotona, Sales Manager Mohamed Mostafa and Financial Superrvisor Brandon Martinez made our car buying experience and incredible one..we will definately go back in the future for our next car.
