The meat is excellent quality and they have a lot of things you won't find at the grocery store or even a "traditional" Minnesota butcher. The prices are pretty reasonable for the amazing quality and the staff is super knowledgeable and eager to help...also don't miss a chance to grab one of their awesome sandwiches!
