I bought 6 pairs of earrings during a buy 3, get 3 free promotion. Two sets of earrings were defective. I went back to the store and found the replacements and asked the cashier (who happened to be the manager) for an exchange due to defective merchandise. After ringing me up, she said I owed $6 and some cents. I could not understand why she was giving me a return price instead of exchanging. I went to a claire's in norfolk, virginia. I got two ear piercings on my right ear and two on my left. The girl wasn't trained well enough she didn't know where to place it, she was forgetting things. Walking away. I got it April 23rd.. immediately after i realized they aren't lined correctly at all. Im embarrassed to even show my ears. I've been wearing a hoodie since. I spent 130 in total, what a waste! Definitely wont be returning unless its to get a money back or to make sure this girl doesn't do this to anyone else.
I was at the Claire's in Brea, CA yesterday and the employees there were very rude. They were asking customers who were trying to come into the store to wait outside because there was a 13 person limit in the store but you could clearly see that the store was not at their limit and the customers should have been let in. Some customers just left because they were frustrated but I decided to walk in.
