Very disappointed. Got my 1 yr old to have her ear piercing done. They did not do it right- just wanted to get the job done and were in a hurry to finish it. One side of the ear was good but the other side before we even checked on the position he immediately pierced it and it went on the lower side. And when asked about getting it redone they want us to purchase the ear rings again and they would not do anything about it. Why do we need to make a repurchase and have to pay the amount again when it was your fault?
Disappointed! Save your packaging for returns even though you don't plan on returning anything! Bought 2 pairs of earrings for my daughter. She didn't even wear them for a week before the post fell off the earring. She wasn't even rough with them, I was there when it happened. I had my receipt and the Claire's bag and it'd been within 30 days of purchase. I just didn't keep the cardboard the earrings came on. My daughter likes Claire's in the Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines. This is an eleven year old girl's kind of store, and she enjoyed it very much. I believe it's a good place for kids' ear rings and jewelry as well as accessories. This store is located roughly between Scheels and Dillard's. The store is clean and seems to have professional and welcoming customer service.
The team did a great job hosting a birthday party for my daughter they got to get their nails done and makeup and shop alittle bit after thank you again they had a blast
I wish I could do zero stars!! Staff that were working June 22nd are horrible. I came to the mall on my vacation and security was called as soon as we walked in the store, continued to shop around and found glasses I liked I picked them up and set them down later in the store deciding that I don't want them no more then left, security stepped out and cashier decided to chase us down and accuse us of stealing I told/showed her where the glasses were set down at and she refused to look the first time and once she seen them and... read more
