My daughter likes Claire's in the Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines. This is an eleven year old girl's kind of store, and she enjoyed it very much. I believe it's a good place for kids' ear rings and jewelry as well as accessories. This store is located roughly between Scheels and Dillard's. The store is clean and seems to have professional and welcoming customer service.
The team did a great job hosting a birthday party for my daughter they got to get their nails done and makeup and shop alittle bit after thank you again they had a blast
Worst experience ever-- they only staff one employee and apparently had the day mapped out for ear piercing. We waited a half hour to check out and still no end in sight to the wait. We put the items back. Also, lone employee was dressed in minimal clothing, you could actually see the lower half of her butt cheeks below her shorts. Really poor example for these young girls. Very disappointed as we were there for something specific and we live no where close. Don't waste your time.
Just close these stores. We waited 30 minutes to checkout for some overpriced jewelry that broke the first day. The staff are useless and the products are worthless. This is nothing but a kid trap that should be removed from every location.
Dealt with a very RUDE employee!! Didn't get her name, but we'll NEVER go in there again!!!
