The portions are always huge. If you don't take a doggie bag home, you're a real boss. Food is always good and the staff always very kind. Try the House Mojito, you won't be disappointed.
Not a good experience ... our server was great but the food left a lot to be desired ... The manager came by our table and asked how things were but before I could really answer, he was off to another table. Later when we told the manager, he said sorry and walked away.
Food was great but not to hot. Waitress had a hard time keeping the glasses full or i would give a 5
Customer service is out standing we had a previous bad experience and did there survey and they actually called me and invited me back for dinner and took care of my bill and this time food was great it means a lot when a restaurant goes out of there way to make things right I want to thank the staff at the Temecula Claim Jumpers. Thank You
We go here regularly during shopping excursions because it's nearby everything and has food my young kids will eat. I have to say I'm not usually huge into chain restaurants, but in the mall areas of Temecula chains are pretty much all there is and this is the best one by far. The waitstaff is always friendly, quick, and nice to the kids. Food is above par for the prices and salad bar is always refreshed even during off peak hours. I've eaten at other CJ locations that weren't as good, the management here is doing it right.
Normally I stay away from claim jumper because the service in alwaus bad and they can never seem to properly cook a medium rare steak. However this time I didn't order the steak and the service was great. One thing i noticed was we waited over a half hour for a table but when we did get seated about a third of the tables were empty and the servets were running their but off to accommodate the table that were occupied. Either a lot of people called in sick or the manager did not staff properly for a saturday night.
The food and service was excellent. They have a great Happy hour. Always hsve a great time.
Good food and good service. I love this place. They should bring back the pot roast sandwich. Happy hour is awesome
The fish was over cooked and the veggies were Luke warm -- never had a problem with any other Claim Jumpers�
