Last night was a great experience with awesome service and friendly managers who honored a desert that was on hold for us from back in October!!
I gave it a three because it is to pricey. 80 bucks for dinner for two and one drink each. And I didn't even have the steak! Oh ya we also shared dessert. The food and service was good.
Had a nice meal with the family. Food was great and the server was a sweetheart. Wish I remembered her name. Tall blonde lady with a great attitude. Thank you guys for a great time
I have been waiting for over an hour a two top to open up. While standing by the hostess desk the hostess have increased two different large parties taking way three different tables. Giving away our seats.
It has been a few years since I've been to a CJ. Recently moved to this area and had a gift card. What a difference, this particular CJ was exceptional, compared to others I've been to. Service was perfect, food great. Best grilled fish tacos I've had in ages. Drinks a little high priced, but otherwise everything was perfect. I know I'll be back!!
Service was great but the order was wrong. Huge gap in between orders leaving other people at our table uncomfortable. Manager came by and offered a trip to the salad bar. Perhaps it was just this location because it was by far the worst experience that I have experienced at any claim jumper. For the price one pays I expect better.
I just LOVE Claim Jumpers! They always had the best French Onion Soup anywhere however when we went to order it, we found out they don't have it on the menu anymore! Some company took them over & took a lot of good stuff off the menu! One of which is our favorite soup! I didn't even see Prime Rib but they could still have it. Their food is still the best as is the customer service! They're still my favorite restaurant though. If you've never been, I highly suggest you go there.
