The food was good but the service was lousy. Service has gone downhill over the past several years.
After having left TGIF because of BAD experience, we came here, were seated wi 5 minutes, got our drinks and order taken and had our food which was good, hot and tasty served. No complaints..
Food cold, incomplete order, serving staff confused This is an example of Poor restaurant management. Once a great place to eat......no more.
The country fried steak breading was so salty and the mashed potatoes where cold.I'll stick to their steaks next time

I order the fish and chips the batter was so thick and soggie i though I was eating hush puppies. Manager took it off my bill. Very disappointed don't know if I will come back.

Food was cold and quality was below average for a moderately priced steakhouse. The food was like it came from a high volume manufacturing site that churned out food to spec, not focused on a good eating experience but on following the spec’s given by corporate. We won’t be going back...and would not recommend it.
