Checked in at 5:30 on a Saturday evening. We were told there was a 30-45 minute wait. However, there were more open tables than actual people eating and apparently, fully staffed. I suggest you hire additional staff to accommodate the dinner rush on a Saturday. Having more people waiting in your lobby than you are actually serving at the moment is ridiculous.
So very disappointed in Claim Jumper. They changed there menu so no more BBQ beef ribs... just BBQ pork ribs. The ribs were dry and burnt. The service was very bad. The onion rings were so over cooked I should have sent it back too. We never received our soup so had to take it to go. Now that was a small cup of soup. Over priced for what you get. Good happy hour :) Service was prompt. We ordered the happy hour sampler and one of CJ’s beers. All was tasty 😋
We made reservations for six. Specifically ask for a table not a booth. Seated 25 minutes late of our reservation, and in a booth to top it off. Manager offered free appetizers for the delay and wrong booth. So we took him up on it. No appetizers got served. Dinners was ok not real hot, in fact my ribs and steak were cold. Manager came and visited and was sorry again for no appetizers. So he offered dessert, took a little time to get the dessert. It was good. Always great food, service. Only criticism would be get soups/salads out sooner.
Service was great, food is just awesome, I had major problems with there chairs.
The food as always was good, but the service was really slow. We ordered zucchini sticks which took a half hour to come out. And then we only ordered two bowls of potato soup and our grandson ordered the kids fish and chips which all took another 30 minutes to come out. We had to ask another server to check on our server and our food. An hour took get a bowl of soup was excessive. And it was before 5 pm and not busy.
All the food i ordered was amazing. Service was great. I also ordered a salted caramel mud pie witch was way too much to eat, but it was delicious.
