Very disappointed. Visited this location today with my son & mom. We waited 35 minutes to receive extremely overpriced food that was flavorless & gross. Service was poor. Our waitress never checked on us & never gave drink refills. We just wanted our check so we could pay and leave. She eventually dropped it off and took 20 minutes to pick it back up only to have someone else bring it back.

Had chicken salad sandwich- no flavor - top bun was charcoaled-not toasted. Service took forever!

Cobb salad was very tasty, with all toppings and side of Thousand Isle. Artichoke appetizer- happy it wasn't larger comes with chips, so had room Cocktail was good. Love the atmosphere, always a happy place. Service wasn't bad, but wasn't excellent ... but had a good time love their food - always a pleasant meal.

Disappointed. First time visit for son's 15th Birthday. Ribeye was not cooked to Medium...it was grossly raw. Blackened Chicken Bow tie pasta dish was disappointing too...not a charbroiled blackened chicken breast, it was more like sliced chicken lunch meat. Seated near kitchen was very loud and annoying. Sad visit!

Probably not going back to Claim Jumpers again... what a terrible night. Waitress was wonderful. Got dirty DISGUSTING plates, asked for new ones, 3 times they brought us our new plates they were equally as dirty. Made reservations over a week ago. Dinner took over 2 hours. Brought us cake as an apology, again with dirty plates. Messed up bills. Manager laughed and said “I’ll go yell at the dishwater.” Never formally apologized. We told the waitress many times we know it’s not her fault. No meals comped. Short staffed. I mean... read more
