Went to bar for a couple drinks had two women behind ber. They both just looked at us but never said hi welcome or anything. After 5 minutes one of they walked up handed us menus and still not a word. Amazing how they work in a bar. Finally a guy came behind bar and said hi how are you tonight and took our order. They two women behind the bar on the night of 22nd were plain rude.
If i could give 0 stars I would!!!! I am never going back! So much stuff happened! 1 hr to even get our food after we ordered it. Which came before our soup and salad! We had to ask 3 different times for almost everything we wanted! And the managers are a joke!
Celebrated Birthday Lunch on them. Great place to eat.
Was there today and the service was beyond bad. After an hour and a half we finally left without eating. The manager never even came over either. They need to fix the service before I go back.
As a member of The Landry Select Club it's obvious that I think Claim Jumper is a FABULOUS restaurant. Had an AWESOME Thanksgiving dinner seated at THE only table directly in front of the fireplace. Kevin could not have treated us any better.......Claim Jumper.....You Guys ROCK !!!!
Love the food & drinks! Service was so slow though. Waited about 30-40minutes for our food & waited another 30 minutes just for the check. Flagged our server several times no response. Came up to her and asked for the bill. We were on the booth by the bar around 3:30pm 11/19/17. Check on the table now and then please.
