It's not the restaurant it used to be...service was good, quality and presentations were terrible.
I hadn't been to Claim Jumper in a while. We were disappointed this time. Service seemed slow for a large number of empty tables. The chicken fried steak had too much breading for the size of meat and mashed potatoes were barely room temperature. Overpriced for what we got. Not going back.
Most of the time food here are pretty good, but don't order the steak. 2 times I had bad results from it. Not good quality for the price.
I came in today for my birthday and the service was horrible!!! We were going to get a VIP card but after the service today we decided not to.. We had to ask for refills, and the server never came back to check on us.. Last time we were in we received a free plate for our daughter it wasn't even offered at this time. Lack of help for amount of customers. Meatloaf was not fresh or homemade. Had better TV dinners. Took 15 min to get table and 20 mins to place order. Got appetizer after dinner was servered!!

My family and I went to eat here tonight to celebrate a couple of birthdays. What really saved this review was the service we got. I have a very unusual food allergy to yeast and am also sick with laryngitis, so my fiance was ordering for me. We had looked through the menu and made selections that we were fairly certain that I could have with slight modifications. I had a craving for some kind of seafood and loved everything else I've had here so, off I went. Went with the Tilapia Bianca and it was Amazing!! To make the dinner that much better, Zack was my server and gave Amazing service. Look forward to my next trip back
Apparently i have been the last one to know this but our food was horrible. It seems the place has gone down hill fast. Service was fine but the food? Never goin back. Even our 4 year old wouldn't eat the mac and cheese and hardly touched his chicken nuggets. No wonder there was hardly anyone there Zero stars
