Handled our party of 16+ with efficiency and a smile. They got us fed and off to our movie in rapid fashion. Food was super fresh and tasty!
The food is always awesome but the service has sucked every time, except one! We keep going back to see if it will be better and there is always something wrong!
I have tried many times to give them another chance and here tonight dinner was horrible!!! Burger was raw, service was slow, management did not care about how my food was raw, nor did anything to make up for it. And to top it all off another couple behind us had raw food as well and got up and left. Save your money and don't eat here
Food okay, service was decent but the was absolutely freezing. My food was pretty cold the time I was halfway done, I had goosebumps on my arms. I could not pay and get out of there fast enough.
Wow this place is slow. Don't plan on showing up near brunch close because the staff will not accommodate late arrivals. What a shame that mgmt is so unflexible on this.
Beautiful Restaurant and a lot of food for the money.
Remarkably sub-par experience. Our Loaded Skins were a perfect balance of burnt skin and unmelted cheese. Hickory BBQ burger featured a pocket of bbq sauce so strong, my friend bit into it and lost her appetite. The Widow Maker had enough mayo that it saturated the bun to the point of inedible. This place went downhill, very disappointing.
