I have an extremely bad experience to report. CLA title just sat on my case with my property taxes because it was short (estimated short on HUD-1) and they could not pay the county. Upon following up, I discovered this 3 days before the property taxes are due with ZERO communication on this front. Someone sent me an overnight label to ship the check for the pending amount, but again my case went unattended until I followed up and asked for it on the due date. Extremely bad experience.
