This agency was selected by our buyer to do settlement. They calculated our Financial contract incorrectly the entire contract period and had us only sign inaccurate documents. When I brought it to their attention they clearly knew about it and didn’t notify us that they had changed it on their end- a clear violation of their legal responsibility to the seller. Would not use.
