Great experience! Everyone in the Smiles By Design office is so friendly. I feel very comfortable that Dr. Grey McElroy is an accomplished dentist. The office was nicely decorated but a little warm for me. Cathy :-D
Went in for a routine cleaning but had just broken a crown. Dr Mac made time and made a crown for me, put it on, put a filling on another tooth; all in a couple hours. His staff, both medical and admin were friendly, professional, and explained in great detail the dental issues and how my insurance covered each of these procedures. Very well done.
Brooke is THE best dental hygenist I have ever had because: She is gentle (her touch and her voice) She is thorough (she explains her every move) She is professional (it is clear that she enjoys helping her patients) Thank you Dr. Mac for hiring Brooke.

Should have provided advice and warnings on expected pain and discomfort after the anesthesia wears off. Instructions on how to manage this at home would have been helpful. 22 hours post procedure, things seem better, but still some sensitivity.
My son had his wisdom teeth removed and as big as my kid is (he's 17) he was a nervous puppy. Dr. Mac and his wonderful staff were so terrific with him! The extractions were a breeze and I felt that my son was in great hands with everyone. Thank you Smiles by Design!!!
I'm in the middle of getting an implant and am always a tad nervous about the procedure (there are three steps over a number of months for me). And really, I don't know what I am worried about. Dr. McElroy is excellent, quick and funny while doing his work and Charisse, his awesome assistant, is as comforting as she is competent. Love my dentist and his staff!
I love all the new technology the Dr McElroy's office has. I was there for a few hours and walked out with two crowns and a cavity filled. I didn't have pain and by the next day I was eating on that side. Thank you Dr. McElroy and staff.
