1. Communication should be improved between D.r McElroy's office and dentists (i.e. Endodontist) that are referred to. Not enough information is provided when swapped between 2 consulting dentists. Unclear who's responsibility is whose and what are appropriate next steps and the recommended timing of next steps, if any. 2. Better followup would be better customer service. I just moved to CA from VA, there I had the same dentist for over 15 years. I didn't really know what to expect. I must say I received excellent service yesterday. On time, very efficient, best up-to -date equipment was used. Thank you Dr. McElroy :)
Service all around was excellent. Brooke was outstanding in demeanor and communication.
Great but wished he had Saturday hours
I have NEVER liked dentists or sitting in a dentist's chair having my teeth worked on (actually I might say I hate this stuff), but I must say that I actually enjoyed my two hour appointment this week. I had bad experiences as a child and those visits left a lasting impression on me. Greg and his team have turned this around. He and his team made the visit enjoyable - the visit was so much fun, I think I might start going in there every week.

Awesome dentist. Thorough, and explains everything well. Personable and makes sure you are happy with your visit. The dental hygienists were great as well.
It was a good experience. I was seen on time and everything went as described.
