The worst place ever, if I can give it a zero star I will. To think the neighborhood has so many pharmacies you will think they value your business, but NO, they have nasty attitudes and pretty much do not care about customers at all. No wonder the ratings are so low. I will never ever go back again!
因为离家庭医生近就一直在这家拿药，等待时间一直很久。我个人感觉前台一位讲广东话较为年长的男性很友善，所以有时候时间太久等了也没心情不好。今天他不在，这家态度反而从一开始就很不对劲。有空聊天说闲话，没空看一下有没有客人在等。 我说了"你好"之后，叫我"等一下"就晾了我5分钟。如果在忙着配药那我充分理解也可以有耐心， 但是里面的人在聊天唠家常。我也还是不说话等着。 一位挑染头发的女性看着我写的信息问里面一个字，我着急拿药字写的快看不清楚能理解，解释一下以为就可以了。结果她紧接着嘟囔"怎么写得这么..." 听着有点不舒服但没觉得是有意的。但之后我说明来意: 我上周六来取药，当时那位年长的男性说其中一种药这周一才到，让我这周来。我原话和这位女性说了，结果被反问吐槽"叫你周一来，今天都周二了" 末尾还笑了一下听着及其不舒服。 请问我晚一天来是犯了天条吗? 我周一不可以有事情来不了吗?周一药是早上到还是晚上到我不知道，那我周二来保险点不可以吗? 再请问你台子上放着的那些包装好的药，不也会有客人今天没取或者之前没取堆在那里的吗? 难道等客人来取药的时候你要对着每个人都说一句"我前几天就配好了，你怎么今天才来"吗? 就隔了一天，也不是一星期也不是一个月。没给你... read more
真的很无语 医生开的剂量明明是240ml 结果回到家拿出来 看 勉强够200ml 这是配药的人粗心还是药剂师不负责任？什么鬼？直接这么一个瓶子递给到我手上 连个袋子都没有 真心感觉一点都不卫生
