plumber came to replace outdoor faucet - stayed 14 minutes and charged $325 without replacing existing line - when I said that was an excessive amount for the time I was asked who I voted for. It comes to $1200 per hour for labor.

My hot water heater failed in one of my apartments and I reached out to **'s to replace the unit. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule, arrived early and completed the job with no issues. I sent photos of the original unit so they were able to properly size and install the replacement unit with no major modifications. They even removed the old water heater from the basement.Great Job! I have had a very good experience using **'S Plumbing and Heating Company to replace 7 water heaters. ***** was prompt and efficient in assessing and estimating the job. The cost was reasonable and installation was done in one day. ***** was quick to respond to a problem with one heater not working properly which turned out to be an electrical problem rather than a plumbing problem. ***** and crew are very pleasant and competent. Just had CJ's do a complete Gas Boiler Heating system with an Indirect Hot water replacement. These guys are ViPro certified and did a great job on my ********* system. Their workmanship is impeccable. Had 5 other bids, and I'm very glad I chose CJ's.
Ronda sent over Ozzy to work on the water return to my boiler. What a great guy! Professional, knowledge, and had strong people skills. Was not an easy job but he had it figured out in 10 minutes and went to work. He saved me from what could have potentially been thousands of dollars. Ozzy explained what he was going to do, potential issues he may encounter, then went over everything when he was done. Their hourly rate is fair and I’ll definitely hire them again!

My husband and I are elderly and started the process to have CJ's order and install our gas fireplace. We are getting nothing but the runaround and no answers in weeks. We paid in full and at this point want a full refund and we will not agree with this bogus A+ rating. The prior complant is correct no communication with their customers
This company has poor communication and could care less!!!! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a quote and as I was on the phone with the woman who schedules appointments I could hear a lot of commotion in the back round and she kept muting the phone but not telling me. She told me they were very busy and I needed to be flexible to get an appointment. Just had CJ's replace and convert my heating system. I couldn't have been happier. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a great crew. Very meticulous, clean, polite and professional. Their bid was detailed and very, very reasonable. They kept me informed every step of the way. I had used other plumbers, I can say now that these guys have all my future business as well as any referrals!
I used CJ's once on a smaller repair (replacing garbage disposal) and was pleased enough with their work to hire them for a much larger job (replacing lots of pipes). I cannot offer enough praise about the quality of their work. If you have any plumbing problem, call CJ's--you will not be disappointed. CJ's offered a quote and stuck to it--they said the job would take two days and that's what it took. You don't want surprises in contracting, and we had none. CJ's will also go above and beyond.
