I have listed two houses with C.J. in the last couple years and amazingly she has brought me contracts on both properties within three (3) days!!!!! One house she brought two offers on at the same time for more than the asking price and I had to decide which offer to accept. In my opinion C.J.'s dedication, experience, professionalism and local knowledge of the real estate market is unparalleled. I would recommend her to anyone that intends to buy or sell real estate in the Springfield area.
