Juno is phenomenal!!! She knows how to take care of her patrons! Love Civil Kitchen!!
Thank you for a really great meal. The food was cooked perfectly. The pepper bacon gravy was something my grandmother would be proud of. The staff work together very well. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Drake was our server and he was amazing! Excellent service and delicious food!
Love the food, love the space, and the people are great! Every time I come in, I feel welcomed. The person that I see the most, Juno, is the kindest person and always helpful. Thank you Civil!
Waited 40 minutes to get drink order taken, an hour and forty five minutes to get food. When it arrives it was cold, overcooked, and under seasoned. Server was indifferent. I really wanted to like this place, but the whole experience was poor.

The wait staff was hanging out, and not very attentive, the bun on the sandwich was soggy with grease, and the coffee they served was probably microwaved, left over from earlier in the day. Cool place, but they need to pick up their game. A LOT.
Really disappointed in the change from a shrimp cocktail to bowl of peel and eat shrimp. Also need to change the menu to reflect the change.
This is the type of restaurant I have been looking for in Springfield. Great comfort food!
I want to thank the folks at Civil Kitchen for taking such great care of our large Route 66 group Saturday. Our group grew and we had excellent service, amazing food, fun, and fellowship. There was a good variety of food and drinks. Although our group included people from all over the US, everyone LOVED the food!!! Thank you!!
