It was my first time there. The service was excellent and very nice. I was never left wanting! The food was delicious and my waitress was patient with me explaining the menu. I would definitely eat there again and bring more friends!
Went for a graduation celebration with my family. We had Jessica as our server. She was spot on. Drinks and food were amazing. We couldn't have made a better choice. We will be back.
The food was great, A+. The Bloody Mary was one of the best I have had, and I have had a lot of them. I make it my mission to try to find the best Bloody Mary, and it is #2 on my list.
EXCELLENT!! Everything was wonderful and I will go back to try more new things and do some repeats for sure.
first time in the many visits i can honestly say worst dining experience ive had at civil kitchen. the food was awful, the wait was long and the service was quite snide and i understand they were super busy but the only two reasons i go to civil is the seaso salt curlee fries(they no longer have) and having fun with the wait staff who are usually fun-loving happy people who just laugh and smile.

The food was great. We were told there was going to be a wait bc of the busy time there. We waited 45 min and when we did get our food they didn't bring us our sauces. We asked for it and the server told us we were busy. So I went downstairs to get it myself. The manager who helped me was polite and helped us out. I'll come back but hope the service is better.

Just had to compliment the staff working last night - they made a miserable rainy night a great evening for our group! Our server, Jessica, was amazing...funny, personable, and she even brought us bar stools so we could sit under the awning and be outside for as long as possible. Some of the best service I've ever had in the Springfield area. Kuddos! Almost forgot...the fries were killer.
