The food was AMAZING and the drinks were just what I needed. I thinks it's called civil punch. It was very good and our waiter was AWESOME. Will definitely be back.
The atmosphere was wonderful. Think our waitress was new but still good. We had the Crack Bread for starters and it was so good. I had the white bean chicken chilli cup that was hearty. For my entree I had the steak wrap with fries. The wrap was a bit messy but so worth it. Fries was the best. And for dessert the 4 of us split the gooey butter cake icecream sandwich that was truly the best thing I have ever eaten. One of the best food experience yet.������
I've been to civil multiple times with varying experiences. However after going today Sunday the 28th, I don't plan on returning. After walking in the front door and passing four to five different servers, I received no greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. My friend and I proceeded to sit down in plain sight where we waited for 15 minutes without a single look in our direction. Matt, you're absolutely correct that this is unacceptable. Greeting and acknowledgement is the most important part to me at Civil because you took the effort to visit us and try us out. This is disappointing. I do not know more about the situation when you arrived, although I will be investigating soon. However, regardless of how the situation is, you didn't deserve that.
