I've received many phone calls from tenants in the last week. If you are looking to lease DON'T DO IT HERE! Please refer to my post on Asset Plus FB page for more information. Watch out for this place. Just another ghetto apt complex in the middle of one of the raunchiest places in Dallas. Management is horrible!! The latest 5 stars are employees. The truth is, they've made some improvements but the basic structures are still roach infested, moldy and leaking. Dog feces and the smell of ammonia urine is everywhere. Shady people. The office tried to withdraw my rent money twice. I went to the office to complain. My neighbor was there complaining about the exact same thing. The property manager tried to blame it on our banks, even though we have different banks. I told her it wasn't the bank and she f**ked up my account. She yelled at me that I was being rude, she wasn't going to help me and to get the f**k out of the office.
