I have lived here almost a year now. I have never had any problems at all. The love the office staff. They are professional and helpful. I've seen a few roaches but not very many and normally after they sprayed they're gone. In the post before this it said it had a rat infestation. I've never seen a rat around here at least there's none in my apartment. I do have a cat so if I had any I'm sure my cat would know. The only thing I can complain about is the parking. It's has all the facilities a person wish.nice swimming pools ,fitness center and business center and above all the price.its new construction and I can even walk to wallmart, sams club,wat a burger, Subway, steak and shake.the only thing I am missing is floor parking (under room) as I moved from houston having that facility in my old community.
The staff is great. Maintance is always on point. Specially Juan, he will fix everything without you calling it in. A+
