The new property management is absolutely awful. They don’t care about the residents, they have piss poor attitudes, they don’t return phone calls or emails, and ARE NEVER WEARING MASKS IN THE OFFICE!!! So not only do they not care about their tenants, they are purposely putting their health and safety at risk. Whenever I’ve seen them interact with tenants for issues they ALWAYS blame it on the previous office staff because all their records came from them. Own up to your lack of management ability and GTFO.
Don’t love here. Do you like roaches? Do you like an office staff that is forever forgetful and doesn’t give a rats butt about you? If yes, live here! It’s amazing. It’s amazing if you have a manager that constantly tells you they’ll do something or that they’ll call you back. Truth is. Don’t ever live here. Dog friendly means that dogs are allowed to live on patios and that poop never gets picked up. 5 star living.
