I had an amazing experience at City Zero in Miami! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the attention to detail really stood out. When I booked 2 tickets for two upcoming zumba events that this gym is hosting, the information leading up to paying stated I could cancel anytime, so I can free up my space for someone else. NO mention that I wouldn't get my money back! I'm unable to attend both zumba events in March for personal matters, so I canceled only to find out they are keeping my money. I called the gym to speak with a manager, and she explained because these are special events they can't give me money back. That's unfair, especially because those ... read more
I try the Jiu jitsu class, was awesome. The gym is big, 4 floors to go wild working out. I saw people doing Zumba on the first floor.
