I hired Marcos and his team at City Wide Plumbing after meeting with 3 other plumbers. City Wide Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the main water line from the meter to my house. The job was approved by the city with no exceptions and Marcos and his staff were very professional from start to finish.

I had a "lazy toilet" problem and expected the plumber to identify the problem and fix it. Instead, after checking the drain with a snake, the plumber recommended to replace the whole toilet bowl and the tank. For his service he charged me $60. I called another plumber. He replaced the flapper for $60, which fixed the problem!

It's truly a pleasure dealing with friendly, intelligent, efficient and professional people who get the work done right the first time and charge a fair price for the results. I have used several other well-rated plumbers, but this is the first time I have zero complaints and nothing but high praise for the work that was done and the way the company set up my appointment and handled my payment. I highly recommend this company!

Crawling under a mobile home is never a fun job, but our tech dove right in. What we thought would be a couple of hour job ended up with more pipe needing to be replaced than originally thought. They had to go get a second tech, and run for pipe & parts. It was hot and miserable, but they were pleasant and polite throughout, and their work seems good. Recommend them - definitely!

The only problem I had was at the end of the job he found a mysterious water leak on my second toilet and charged $50 more. It seemed very convienent for him but I know nothing about plumbing so I had to pay it.
