The plumbing guy Luis A. was great! Friendly and professional, he took time to explain why I should not get the cheapest water heater available. Then I had three other plumbing guys from competing companies come out. I thought it over and called Luis with City Wide Plumbing to do the job. At this point I'm very happy with the transaction.

I had a "lazy toilet" problem and expected the plumber to identify the problem and fix it. Instead, after checking the drain with a snake, the plumber recommended to replace the whole toilet bowl and the tank. For his service he charged me $60. I called another plumber. He replaced the flapper for $60, which fixed the problem!
I hired Marcos and his team at City Wide Plumbing after meeting with 3 other plumbers. City Wide Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the main water line from the meter to my house. The job was approved by the city with no exceptions and Marcos and his staff were very professional from start to finish.
