I signed up for a personal trainer for 12 months. A few months into the sessions, I was diagnosed with a medical condition which would not allow me to continue the sessions. Provided a doctors note as requested and two months later still being charged. My bank is now investigating this matter. As a consumer and LA fitness being a large company, it shouldnt have to come to this.

Steam Room have been down for over 5 months since the beginning of 2023. and continue down as of the date of this review. My wife and I recently got charged $45 each for "annual maintenance fees". Also all sauna rooms are being shutdown at all LA Fitness facilities. Aqua fitness instructor ******************************** very rude and unprofessional. Instructor paused her class to come threaten 4 guests in the whirlpool for allegedly disrupting her class by walking into the pool area.Instructor denied use of the open lane in the pool to swim laps. Several of ** opted to wait in the whirlpool until the class ended.
