I joined 5/1/23 and was given an appt with the head of the Personal Training. I was offered a package, which included; 30 minute personal training, meal plans and weekly check ins. When told the price, $240/month for one yr, I declined. I only needed to lose 10 pounds and tone up. I was told I could freeze the account and stop the training at any time. Esporta on 341 NJ ********************************************* - A lot of equipment is down since Covid reopening and the spa hot tub is out of service for the 6th Month in the row, pool and men's sauna are dirty. Staff is polite, but they don't last more than 3-4 month, some of them are clueless. Front Desk Manager is always looking for excuses and walks away when asked. Using contact email just brings back canned message from the local 'front desk leader'. Very upsetting.
