We acquired a building that had been serviced by City Roofing. Since the repairs were still in excellent condition, even a few years after completion, we asked them to issue a warranty in our name as the new owners. They promptly sent their site manager to inspect the property, and thanks to the great quality of their work, the roof was found to be in excellent shape.
