Best place around to get a radiator fixed or buy a new one
Since they merged with Active customer service has gone so far down hill…… I used to do a ton of buisness with them down in Delaware County and I refuse to use them anymore. My father who had a buisness before me will no longer use them any more either….. 2 weeks ago I actully had to tell the delivery driver to leave the shop and take the new radiator with him because active has screwed up the customer service so badly I no longer want to do buisness with them. It’s a shame.
This place told me 3 different prices and then when I got there the manager CHRIS told me another. The manager guy CHRIS needs to learn how to treat and talk to customers. Never again will I take business there or will I have other buddies or company’s take business there.
