Wow wow wow. I had such an incredible experience working with CB Jeni, particularly Melanie, our Community Sales Manager and Robert the Construction manager. People are everything and they were both so kind, helpful, professional and took care of EVERY concern and request we had. I can't believe the level of service we experienced. Was told we use 8x 4 plus fire wall …. Won’t hear your neighbors!!! Oh you can , banging cabinets, doors slamming (great idea putting a self close garage door NOT!! Hear music and everything in the bedroom. Won’t ever buy another one!???
I've been in my home for two years and enjoying the community. I'm excited for the addition of the pool, and looking forward to the addition of restaurants and shops. Melanie helped every step of the way in my purchase, and David Hesson is so helpful as I've been in the home for 3 years now.
