I work for a nursing home facility and today 1/16/24 @ 2:30 we called for assistance for a resident. and Bethlehem Emergency Medical Services (ambulance) came. We had the most Rudest EMT (Tall, stalky. light skin man) who literally yelled at a resident. one of our little older ladies who is as sweet as pie. We had to ask he to please be polite there was no reason for him to speak to the resident like that. they don't understand since they have dementia. Shame on this EMT
I had chuck & rob pick me up yesterday brought me to hospital Mulenburgh they were amazing please recognize these 2 above and beyond of services
