Awful communication, won’t recommend to anyone
The receptionist was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment, but I did not receive any call from the doctor. There was no missed call or any indication on my phone that the doctor had tried to contact me. The only call I received was from the receptionist. 今天去抽血，坐下等候时，就发现前台的小姐姐在和病人通话（预约）时，极其有耐心地帮忙协调时间，还推荐不同的问诊方式，没有冷漠地推诿，全程语言温柔，用词礼貌。后面每一个进门的病人，她都会主动询问，提供帮助。身体不舒服来到诊所，被温柔以待的体验感真的很温暖！
