A very disappointing experience. I was disappointed to be asked to pay more at reception than the doctor had quoted.
Awful communication, won’t recommend to anyone
The receptionist was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I had a scheduled telehealth appointment, but I did not receive any call from the doctor. There was no missed call or any indication on my phone that the doctor had tried to contact me. The only call I received was from the receptionist. Friendly front desk staff and efficient work.
今天去抽血，坐下等候时，就发现前台的小姐姐在和病人通话（预约）时，极其有耐心地帮忙协调时间，还推荐不同的问诊方式，没有冷漠地推诿，全程语言温柔，用词礼貌。后面每一个进门的病人，她都会主动询问，提供帮助。身体不舒服来到诊所，被温柔以待的体验感真的很温暖！
