Things were great when I first moved here, the buildings are nice and the grocery store across the street is very convenient but management has went down hill tremendously, there’s always someone new in the rental office, it’s just a mess now. Constant noise every morning at 8/9am from the alley and the crime rate around is ridiculous, way too many shootings.
I'll make this quick. Once again the only thing good about this building is the concierge and Giant being across the street. The building has deceptive practices ( definitely will put stuff in your lease but won't verbalize) and then basically tell you to deal with it. Let me be extremely clear, I am a D.C. Native at no point should you rent any apartment where you pay for HVAC (Heating & Air) I stay in my unit maybe 2/3 times a month and my bill was upwards of $100 with nothing running. oh and yes, you pay electric & water ... read more

I’ve lived in the community going on three years now. The amenities/events are fantastic and the staff (from maintenance, to concierges, to the leasing office) are timely and on top of things. I really appreciate the help the Ahmad provided when I moved apartments. He was patient and thorough, making the process smooth and straight forward. He answered every question I had (there were a lot) and for that I am so grateful! A great community to be part of.
