WORST PLACE EVER – The food was less than average and the service was the worst. The manager Jennifer was rude and disrespectful and because of her attitude it reflected in the tip we left. The waitress, at the end of the night came up to us as we were leaving the restaurant, Sandra talking loud and complaining about her tip. Nothing Special – Six of us went there last night. We all ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. I am a lobster bisque lover but the one that they served tasted and smelled like spoiled fish. They didn't put enough cream and apparently the chef did not know the proper way of preparing seafood soup. The shrimp ravioli was ok except that it was soaked in olive oil. Skip this place at all cost – this was the worst service EVER.....the food was mediocre and the wait staff is in lala land.... We had an 8:00 reservation, arrived at 7:30 didn't get seated till 8:30 on an evening that was not crowded, only to then be given attitude by the treo of hostess because we didn't hear her call us above the loud music....The food was mediocre and salty.
Stay Home – I went here for my daughter's 22nd birthday. The busboy spilled a tray of water all over me!The food was mediocre for the price and the manager is a cold fish ( French or Israeli--I could not palce is accent). I was offered a minor discount ( one meal out of five) and the manager never even came back to see if I was satisfied. Wow was that good!! – First things first, I am from the area, so I have had good Maine Lobsters before. We walked in and were taken aback by no lobsters in the tank, the Manager was very sweet and assured us they had them. She even joked about them crawling around the fridge waiting to be eaten! Probably the worst seafood ever, No lobster in tank and horrible service. – I dined at City Lobster, after recommended from our hote, with 3 others this past Thursday night. Right upon walking through the door, we felt very unwanted. We had to ask if we could sit in the bar to have a few drinks and the hostess was very unpleasant.
