Son was very sick best care ever great staff and Dr no wait
I went to First Choice because i had extreme pain due to Kidney Stones. The staff was very warm and friendly yet professional. I was seen right away and given explanation every step of the way. The First Choice team truly helped me through a hard time.

I went here because it was a new business in the area and a bit closer than CareNow. What a mistake! They charged a facility charge of nearly $2000.00. This is not billed to insurance as urgent care but as if you went to a hospital. So definitely do NOT go here, if you can go anywhere else.The corporate office tells me at no time was it indicated that they were an urgent care facility. But at no time did the staff indicate it was different. We do not need this bait and switch operation in NRH. The doctor and staff were very ... read more

This place was amazingly quick and efficient! We are from out of town and our son needed stitches! What a friendly and professional staff!! Thank you! Will use again for sure if needed!

I came to First Choice because they had no wait. I'm so glad I did! I was in extreme pain and each staff member was so nice and calm. The doctor took lots of time to explain my situation (gallbladder.) The tests done were so quick and I had answers within an hour. I would definitely come back.

Great staff! They had me in immediately and I was out in 2 hours total. Never had to wait long. They even do follow up calls to check in with you, which is awesome.

This is the first time for me to visit First Choice and it was a great experience. I was taken back before I even finished filling out the paperwork and it didn't take long for the exam and diagnosis. I was in and out in less than an hour. Beats going to the ER any day. Thanks First Choice for your excellent care.
